Dans la CPAE 200, cette indexation est pr\u00e9vue <\/span><b>chaque ann\u00e9e au 1er janvier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <\/span><b>CCT du 18 novembre 2021<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle concerne :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les salaires minimums sectoriels<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les salaires effectivement pay\u00e9s<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-loonindexering-op-1-januari-2026-kerncijfers\"><b>Indexation au 1er janvier 2026 : les chiffres cl\u00e9s<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 partir du <\/span><b>1er janvier 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une <\/span><b>augmentation de +2,21 %<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est appliqu\u00e9e dans la CPAE 200.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette indexation repose sur la comparaison des indices sant\u00e9 liss\u00e9s :<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moyenne novembre \u2013 d\u00e9cembre 2025 : <\/span><b>133,20<\/b><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moyenne novembre \u2013 d\u00e9cembre 2024 : <\/span><b>130,32<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><b>coefficient officiel d\u2019indexation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 <\/span><b>1,0221<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 titre de comparaison, la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente indexation (1er janvier 2025) s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 <\/span><b>+3,58 %<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-3e41869c wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/eloya.be\/fr\/baremes-employes-cpae-200-apd-01-01-2026\/\">Consulter le document officiel<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nieuwe-loonbarema-s-apcb-nr-200-in-2026\"><b>Nouveaux bar\u00e8mes salariaux CPAE 200 en 2026<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les bar\u00e8mes applicables au 1er janvier 2026 sont repris dans deux grilles distinctes :<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-barema-1-bedienden-vanaf-de-indiensttreding\"><b>Bar\u00e8me 1 \u2013 Employ\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en service<\/b><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce bar\u00e8me s\u2019applique aux employ\u00e9s nouvellement engag\u00e9s. Il int\u00e8gre l\u2019indexation de +2,21 % et pr\u00e9voit une \u00e9volution salariale progressive en fonction de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-barema-2-bedienden-die-minstens-een-jaar-werkzaam-zijn-in-dezelfde-onderneming\"><b>Bar\u00e8me 2 \u2013 Employ\u00e9s actifs depuis au moins un an dans la m\u00eame entreprise<\/b><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce bar\u00e8me concerne les employ\u00e9s disposant d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 d\u2019au moins un an. Les montants sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que dans le bar\u00e8me 1, refl\u00e9tant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les bar\u00e8mes 1 et 2 sont obligatoires et constituent des minimums l\u00e9gaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><i>\u00ab Une application correcte des bar\u00e8mes \u00e9vite les litiges et garantit la conformit\u00e9 sociale. Les experts ELOYA accompagnent leurs membres dans cette d\u00e9marche. \u00bb<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bijzonder-geval-gedeeltelijk-variabele-verloning\"><b>Cas particulier : r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les employ\u00e9s dont la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration comprend une partie variable (commissions, primes, pourcentages), <\/span><b>l\u2019indexation de +2,21 % s\u2019applique uniquement \u00e0 la partie fixe du salaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quel que soit son montant.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque plusieurs augmentations doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, <\/span><b>l\u2019indexation li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019indice sant\u00e9 liss\u00e9 est toujours appliqu\u00e9e en premier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jaarpremie-2026-binnen-apcb-nr-200\"><b>Prime annuelle 2026 dans la CPAE 200<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><b>juin 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une <\/span><b>prime annuelle brute de 330,84 \u20ac<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sera octroy\u00e9e aux employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein disposant d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence compl\u00e8te.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette prime r\u00e9sulte de l\u2019indexation du montant 2025 (323,69 \u20ac) avec le coefficient 1,0221.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de la prime <\/span><b>au prorata<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sectorale-aanvullende-pensioenregeling-harmonisatie-in-2026\"><b>Pension compl\u00e9mentaire sectorielle : harmonisation en 2026<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 partir du <\/span><b>1er janvier 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une r\u00e9forme majeure entre en vigueur : la <\/span><b>pension compl\u00e9mentaire sectorielle (PCS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> des ouvriers et employ\u00e9s est harmonis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les employ\u00e9s relevant de la CPAE 200 :<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la cotisation patronale s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 <\/span><b>1,1 % du salaire brut soumis \u00e0 l\u2019ONSS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en 2026<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">elle passera \u00e0 <\/span><b>1,65 % \u00e0 partir de 2027<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette harmonisation vise \u00e0 supprimer les diff\u00e9rences historiques entre ouvriers et employ\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-studentenbarema-s-op-1-januari-2026\"><b>Bar\u00e8mes \u00e9tudiants au 1er janvier 2026<\/b><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les bar\u00e8mes applicables aux \u00e9tudiants sont \u00e9galement index\u00e9s de <\/span><b>+2,21 %<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2026.
